Hi, I am Aija!
And this is MY story.
I grew up as most of us do - following the already existing rules and limits of society. I was very socially active, I loved participating in everything, and I loved being on stage. I danced for more than 20 years, I played in theatre for 5 years, I was the president of my school’s union council, and I organized and hosted many events as well. I was very good at following rules and given scripts - I didn’t really care what I had to do, I just loved performing and showing up.
I was also a natural leader, and I loved it. I enjoyed taking initiative, standing out, and bringing people together. But over time, that part of me started to shrink. Through judgment, being seen as “too much”, too loud, too different – I slowly learned to dim my own light.
Eventually, it became hard and heavy - so many rules and limits that, if not followed, I would not fit in. And most of the time, I felt exactly like that - not accepted, as if there was something wrong with me. I felt like everywhere I showed up, my imperfections were highlighted and judged. I didn’t get it. Yes, I was “seen”, but I also knew I was not seen for who I am. Even though I loved being on stage, it was all visual. I had learned to become invisible while being “seen”. My own voice was non-existent.
I was so used to being silent that I didn’t question things… until I did. Of course, I didn’t dare to question the external world at first - I started questioning myself. I knew there was more to me than what could be seen and what I was able to express. And yet, the critical voice, the external judgment, the constant evaluation had become so familiar that it had unknowingly become my own inner voice.
And the question remained - how come I keep following the rules perfectly, and still end up being not enough?
What’s wrong with me?
That led me to go within and start my "healing journey".
I explored my beliefs, emotions, body, and past. I dove into different techniques and faced everything within - scientifically, psychologically, mentally, somatically, and spiritually. Eventually, this path of searching, learning, and understanding led me into clinical hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression. For the past 4 years, I worked in this field, and I truly experienced the depth of it and how powerful these tools can be - both personally and through my clients. It helped me find my voice and express it more than ever before.
And yet… something didn’t fully align. Something still felt incomplete.
Even though it was said that I was already whole, there was always something to work on. Something to heal, to improve, to “fix”. Over time, even healing started to feel like another thing to do - another loop.
That’s when I started asking a different question.
Not what’s wrong with me -
but if I’ve done all of this… why does it never end?
That’s when it clicked for me. All the different teachers, techniques, and fields - science, somatics, spirituality, religion - were, in their own way, permission slips. There is nothing wrong with them, but they are simply options - ways I had given myself permission to recognize what was already there.
At their core, they were all pointing to the same thing:
I am the Source of it all - the awareness of everything.
I am the one assigning meaning.
I am the one choosing what already exists.
I am not creating - I am selecting what I prefer to experience.
There was nothing I needed to do -
only to become aware of it.

That's where true freedom began for me.
Once I became aware of who I was, metaphysics as a professional field naturally aligned with me - the center of it all, the space where everything connects.
Separation has always been an illusion - everything is right here, right now.
The knowledge I gained through deeper research finally connected the dots. I recognized that I was already complete and whole - nothing was ever missing, except me knowing that. I stopped insisting that things are not working out, and started choosing a different reality for myself. A reality that already existed - the one I prefer.
From that moment, everything shifted. Life became lighter, easier - because I decided and allowed it to be. Now, both my authentic presence and my voice are integrated. I move through life consciously choosing what I desire to experience – and I enjoy all of it.
Today, I share the mechanics of metaphysics and reflect back to my clients who they already are. Not because they need me to - but because sometimes having that reflection allows it to be seen more clearly, embodied, and lived. I also work with people one-on-one, supporting them in expressing that awareness through their voice, their authentic presence, and how they show up in their lives.
You are unlimited. You make your own rules. You choose your own perspective and experiences. All desires are yours for a reason - you already have them.
You are your biggest blessing - and that is your true power.
Choose it.
Know it.
Be it.
Aija

My Approach
I value honesty, clarity and simplicity. I don’t sugarcoat things - I prefer direct, real communication. I ask questions from different perspectives that can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Yet there is nothing to be found in the uncomfortable and unknown other than more of who you truly are.
I’m a real human - expressive, present, and alive. I can be silly and playful at times - I enjoy having fun while breaking down what might seem like deep or serious topics. The truth is simple, and I don’t complicate it - I go straight into it with clarity and a sense of lightness.
I don’t meet you as someone who is powerless, and I’m not here to fix you - you are already whole. I’m here to remind you that you are.
You are a brilliant, limitless being – and I treat you as such.
